For the past few weeks, Weff Holdings has been closely monitoring the spread of COVID-19 and we have been following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and local health authorities to ensure we have the right plans and resources in place to safeguard the health and well being of our customers and staff. What we are doing:
Effective immediately we will no longer be serving beverages, candy, dog treats, newspapers, coloring books, or air fresheners.
Customers will need to remain in their vehicles at all times with no exceptions.
Customers will not be required to sign their invoice. Instead, just a verbal confirmation that they have seen the oil level and authorized the work will be used.
The staff will not be checking or replacing interior cabin air filters.
The staff will not be hands-on for the oil life reset process, verbal only.
Every work station will be disinfected after every customer exits the building.
The staff will not be using the ODB-II tool to reset service intervals or to check engine lights.
We feel the above steps will help our customers and staff remain safe during the COVID-19 outbreak and we sincerely appreciate everyone’s support and cooperation during this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
